Google’s Speech Recognition is quick and powerful, and handles a bunch of different languages. I have compiled together a bunch of information that I have found while learning how to use the Speech API outside of Google Chrome for audio files. I hope my time spent reverse engineering their protocol and compiling this document can save you some of your own valuable time.
